How can I contact a Planning Commissioner?

Where and when does the Planning Commission meet?
Regular meetings of the Planning Commission are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. Meetings are held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 450 San Rafael Avenue, Belvedere, CA 94920.
My application for Design Review was deemed “incomplete.” What does that mean?
According the the City’s Planning Process all planning applications are reviewed by a City Planner to ensure that the application is complete. The review period can take as long as 30 days. I am planning a major remodel, do I need Design Review?
In most cases, any large development project (remodel or rebuild) will trigger Planning Commission Design Review. However, smaller projects may only require Planning Staff Review. To determine the type of review you will need, please review the City’s Planning & Building Process and contact the Planning & Building Department by email or call (415) 435-8902.
What does the City charge for various permits?
The City updates its Master Schedule of Fees and Charges regularly. Updates are adopted by the City Council at a Public Hearing. A copy of updated Fees and Charges Schedule is posted on the City website here.
