Tiburon Boulevard serves both the Town of Tiburon and the City of Belvedere as the only road in and out of town. It is a California state highway, SR 131, maintained and operated by Caltrans. It is also a highly congested road, with congestion peaking between 7:00-8:30 AM and 2:30-4:30 PM weekdays.
