Objective Design & Development Standards

Title 22 of Belvedere's Municipal Code established Objective Design Development Standards and Regulations to govern qualified Housing Accountability Act, Senate Bill 330, and Senate Bill 35 projects within the City of Belvedere. These standards reflect the community's vision for implementing the intent of the Belvedere General Plan to facilitate housing production and specifically infill housing production, through development that reinforces the highly valued character and scale of the City's walkable centers, neighborhoods, and corridors.
