About Belvedere
Belvedere is one of the smallest and oldest cities in California. It was incorporated in 1896 and is situated just north of San Francisco over the Golden Gate Bridge in Marin County. The City is surrounded by water and comprises two islands and an artificial lagoon, with a total land mass of just 0.5 square miles.
